Actipole
20 hectares
Actipole is a major economic site of Saint-Malo Agglomération.
Placed in the intersection of 2 main roads (RN 137 and RN 176), it has authority to welcome industrial activities and other activities needing big plots of land (of size superior to 1 hectare).
A first lot, realized from 2006 joins as an extension of the park Actipole 35 where became established companies such as ROTOTEC, CAPELEC, WOOD of Saint-Malo, VOLVO and WESTERN PHARMA.
A second lot will be realized in 2010.
This first operation of arrangement of Saint-Malo Agglomération will be followed by the realization of an URBAN DEVELOPMENT ZONE of a 20 hectares surface approximately.
