This key project of the High-tech city will be a real economic asset for the Country of Saint-Malo. This one was able to build up himself thanks to the partnership and to the cooperation with Rennes, it will be accompanied with major investments for the technological actors and with support for the projects of research and with innovation of companies.

The works of viabilisation of this new site, a perimeter of 70 ha, began in September, 2010.

The choice of a development with maritime declension with a strong identity of the site, registered in an environmental and quality approach, to translate the orientation on the marine biotechnologies.

Access to hotel services near immediate (5 hotels in 100 meters, guest houses)

The Hotel of the High-tech city

Saint-Malo Agglomération wished to open quickly a first equipment intended for the reception of the technological projects: the Hotel of the High-tech city.

This functional and friendly space of 375 m ², proposes to the technological companies of the surfaces of rented office and the shared services. It is a meeting place convenient to the synergies of the various actors of the sectors(networks) of marine biotechnologies and the TRICK.

For the entrance of companies to these premises, an approval committee was set up to appreciate the technological contents of the project, its level of integration in the local area network and its economic credibility.

With this equipment, Saint-Malo Agglomération assures a real synergy between the local technological actors
