The airport

With 136,684 passengers in 2009, Dinard-Pleurtuit-Saint-Malo is now the 5th busiest passenger airport in Brittany. Since 2000, numbers have increased by more than 76%. Thanks to the "Sabena Technics" aeronautical platform, the airport now employs more than 700 people.

Dinard-Pleurtuit-Saint-Malo Airport has flights mainly to London and the Channel Islands. Daily flights, and the decrease in travel times, are encouraging a clientele of non-French nationals (80% of passsengers are British) and tourists (almost 60% are holidaymakers).

In 2009 Ryanair carried 93% of the commercial passengers from Dinard-Pleurtuit-Saint-Malo Airport (more than 120,000 passengers). Its clientele consists mainly of young executives and retirees.
