Its mixed vocation allows it to welcome in priority title:

• The industrial activities, of production, the logistic platforms and the service activities to companies.
• The Wholesale trade.

Are also accepted:

• The Big BTP projects.

The criteria of acceptance of the projects take into account the economic incidence of the project, the number of jobs, the dimension of the project of construction.


Are not admitted:

• The activities of retail trade, the activities of sale or service bound(connected) to the automobile and the other transport, the tertiary activities to the private individuals.

Size the Lot:

• Number of predefined islands: 23 islands (Minimum of 2 500 m ²)
• Big partial tertiary of 12 000 m ²
• Platforms of more than 10 000 m ²

Industrial activities: 15 HT / m ²
Wholesale trades and the other activities: 25€ HT / m ²
Office blocks: 35 HT / m ²
